Updated Terms and Conditions of Sale

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of individual seats for charter flights through James Frederick Aviation (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company acting solely as an intermediary between the passenger (“you”, “your”) and the charter flight provider ("Carrier").
By purchasing a seat, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Service
• Important:
- We are offering the sale of a single flight seat only, transporting you from one location to another.
- This service is not and has never been advertised or sold as a package holiday or as part of a package travel arrangement.
- No accommodation, ground transport, excursions, meals, or other services are included or implied in your purchase.
- You are purchasing air travel only.
2. Role of James Frederick Aviation
- We act solely as a booking agent and intermediary.
- Your contract for the supply of air travel services is directly with the Carrier operating the charter flight.
- We do not own, operate, or control the aircraft, the Carrier, or the services provided.
3. No Liability
- We accept no liability for:
- Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes;
- Changes to aircraft or Carrier arrangements;
- Injury, loss, damage, accident, or death during your travel.
- Any claims for refunds, compensation, or damages must be made directly to the Carrier.
4. Payment Terms
- All payments for seat bookings are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- We act only as a collection agent for the Carrier and pass on funds accordingly.
5. Changes and Cancellations
- The Carrier reserves the right to change, delay, or cancel flights for operational or regulatory reasons.
- We are not responsible for any changes to flight times, dates, or aircraft made by the Carrier.
- In the event of a cancellation by the Carrier, any refund (if applicable) will be subject to the Carrier’s terms and conditions. We bear no responsibility for refunding monies.
6. Travel Insurance
- You are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, delays, and other risks associated with air travel.
- We do not provide insurance and are not liable for any losses resulting from uninsured risks.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
- You must ensure that you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) where required.
- You must comply with all instructions provided by the Carrier or its agents.
- You must adhere to all health and safety rules applicable to air travel.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
